From affordable city cars to premium SUVs, the shortlist highlights just how far electric vehicle technology has progressed, offering drivers more choice than ever before.

The Seven Finalists

The cars competing for the 2027 title are:

  • BMW iX3 – A premium electric SUV combining performance, technology and practicality.
